We confirm that reports of significant diagnoses (melanomas, etc.) are received by the clinician.

There are numerous safeguards to track and care for each specimen to ensure proper delivery to our laboratory.

We understand that practices have differing preferences regarding report delivery. We will deliver the report in the manner that the practice prefers (electronic interface, fax, etc.). Clinicians can also access reports by using a HIPAA compliant online portal.

Arrangement of specimen pick up from any location. We will work with practice to find the best courier option.

The laboratory has access to extensive courier routes and utilizes overnight couriers such as FedEx and UPS for some services. Additionally, the laboratory employs GPS tracking devices to monitor shipment locations at all times.

We provide the following supplies: specimen bottles, specimen bags, paper requisitions, lockboxes, and shipping supplies.
